General booking rules
Book a room by making a request by calling or emailing using the information in the “Contacts»
Select a Program suitable for you, date, period of stay (from 3 days to 1 month) and room category
The indicated price is per person for each day in the Program. The price includes: accommodation, meals 5 times a day, all treatments and physical exercise set, entertainment events, Wi-Fi service, parking use and all taxes and fees. The Academy works according to the All-inclusive principle
Upon receiving a request from you our representative will contact you to clarify the information about room availability for the time period you indicated
In order to make a booking it is necessary for you to make at least 50% pre-payment calculating from the full cost of booking via bank transfer to Academy’s account or provide credit card information for reservation of 50% of your program’s full booking cost
When paying the bill please memo your name and surname (using Latin letters), booking Nr. and arrival date
Check-in is possible only after 100% prepayment to the Administrator on the day of arrival, in case of late check-in the payment should be made the next morning before treatments. The payment can be made at your convenience by cash or credit card to the Administrator.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, which force you to cancel your booking, money refund takes place in the following order:
- In case of cancellation 10 day prior or less, there is a 100% fine
- In case of no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable
- In case of cancelling a booking made through a third party, the payment is non-refundable
The payment is non-refundable in case the service cannot be provided or in case of early departure due to Client’s fault or initiative
In case of late arrival, except at the fault of Academy’s representative, the time of stay is not extended for the days missed, the cost of unused days is non-refundable
Client’s failure to attend treatments and procedures, which were scheduled in the weight loss program, cannot be the basis for a refund or a compensation for any types of procedures.
