Academy Vitality – is a French-Latvian weight correction center. It was founded in 2013 by a French businessmen Philippe Denain. Academy Vitality is one of a kind Center in the Baltics and probably in world, where the weight loss process takes place in full isolation from any temptations (wrong types of food, sweets and alcohol) in a spacious 180 ha property under strict specialist supervision. There are two fully set all-inclusive programs that are part of the weight loss/correction process – Main Program and 7-Day Express Program, they both include balanced meals 5 times a day, regular physical exercise and body and facial treatments. For your convenience there is WiFi coverage at the entire property and guest parking lot.
Main Program is a classical Academy Vitality weight correction program. A unique system based on balanced meals 5 times a day, regular physical exercise and body and facial treatments.
Booking period is from 1 to 3 months.
The cost of accommodation completely depends on the type of room you would like to stay at. The entire program is based on All-inclusive principle – accommodation, meals, all activities, treatments and entertainment are included in the price.
What is included in the Main Program?
Accommodation (8 types of rooms are available, single or double rooms)
Balanced meals 5 times a day
Vegetable and kefir fasting days (Sunday, Wednesday)
Medical program (if necessary)
Body composition analysis using bio-impedance method
Permissible exercise load calculation
Individual fitness program
Metabolic exercise (every morning)
Nordic walking (1 hour twice a day)
Fitness (3 times a week)
Exercise using biomechanical stretching stimulation machine (“Nazarov apparatus”, supplementary to fitness) according to doctor’s recommendation
Aqua aerobics (4 times a week)
Full body massage (every other day)
Facial massage and lymphatic-drainage boots (every other day)
Charcot shower / Hydro massage (2 times a week)
Baths: milk, beer (1 time a week)
Sauna is available every day (6pm to 10pm)
Swimming pool exercise (6pm to 10 pm or any time You are free)
Football, tennis (cannon), basketball, table tennis and football, catamaran sailing, kayaking (ask administrator for equipment)
Fishing (possible with your own gear)
